“I am not exaggerating when I say that my time working with Jill at limitless therapy changed my life. Jill has years of knowledge and expertise, but more than that, she is caring and kind and intuitive. She gave me resources for every little complaint or confusion I had with my body. She understands the risks and common complaints that go along with hypermobility. I went for pelvic floor therapy, but she also taught me about fascia release work on my neck and chest to help with shoulder pain along with neck strengthening exercises to help with chronic pain and headaches. She gave me a therapy ball to help alleviate tension and pain in my abdomen from my many GI and digestive issues. She taught me all kinds of exercises and stretches to target the weak muscles and release tight fascia, all working overtime to compensate for my loose ligaments in every area of my body. She referred me to other kind and knowledgeable professionals when she felt I needed something beyond her area of expertise. Now as a 40 year old woman I have less chronic pain, than I had in my 30's, and what's even better is that I have the tools to handle things when they flare up. So grateful that I found Jill!!!“

My PT Kelsey Nix was and is very friendly also. She explained and showed me the issue that I have going on, and what the physical therapy will do to help. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was experiencing pain and numbness in my neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer for 12 hours a day. I tried chiropractic care which did not give me the results I was looking for. Dr. Tim did a comprehensive exam and found that I was weak in my rotator cuff stabilizing muscles. In 8 weeks my strength and mobility has improved to where I am at 85% of my goal.
