Dr. Nelson helped me with a strained calf I have been dealing with for a week. He was so kind and friendly and did an amazing job. He helped me so much and my injury after one visit feels basically healed! The whole staff is very nice and welcoming as well. Great place to go and I will be recommending to anyone who needs their services!

I have now been here for 3 separate issues and I am always so impressed and happy with their care. Unlike a lot of other places, I really feel like they focus on correcting the issue and preventing future injuries. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Gavin quickly diagnosed the cause of my back pain. After working with him for a few short weeks I was pain-free and able to tie my own shoes again! Everyone at Carolina Active Health is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
