“I broke my glasses this morning and had to get them fixed or replaced immediately to begin to study for my test tomorrow. It was pretty late; I think it was around 6 PM, and no other optical store but this one was open. I was all over the place, panicking and worrying that the replacement was going to take a few days or weeks to finish, but luckily, this place had my new glasses ready within an hour of ordering them. The worker there was very patient with me, gave me suggestions of what looked good on me, and provided clear instructions -- so overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is in need of new glasses. It was $430 total, about $200 for the frame and $200 for the lense.“
“Wow! What a pleasant experience. I went in to Dr. Cohenmehr's office for my yearly eye exam as a new patient. The office itself was very spacious and clean. The people at the front desk had excellent customer service skills and were extremely polite. I was only waiting a short time until Dr. Cohenmehr pulled me to the back. I must say he is extremely pleasant and fun to talk to. He made humorous eye jokes that made me genuinely laugh. Super informative! Answered all my questions in detail and made recommendations for my itchy eye problems. As an added bonus, he taught me how to turn the blue light on my phone to a lower setting. Literally walked me through each step there and then. Each exam was performed thoroughly and I felt well taken care of. He is the kind of person you wouldn't mind having a cup of coffee with, truly! I was in and out in 20 minutes. Seriously, cannot say enough nice things about this business. I wish all of my wellness visits were as delightful as this one. I am already looking forward to my eye exam next year!“

“I literally had my comprehensive eye exam today and had such a favorable experience that I wanted to bust my review out ASAP so that others will know that this place is legit and awesome! Having regular eye exams is extremely important for your optical health. it's not just about your prescription of glasses or contacts. It's literally about what is going on inside them and behind them and by checking them every year or two, you can possibly prevent serious issues in the future. Also, as we age, our vision usually gets worse, and you can't forget environmental factors and strain caused from computer use and mobile phones and watching TV etc. Get your eyes checked!!! Even if you have 20/20 vision -- you just never know what's going on with these balls of tissue and nerves. Dr. Matsuda, her associates Ryan, Lauren and another wonderful gal with beautiful hair (so sorry I forgot your name) were extremely patient, thorough and professional, and personable. I was very impressed with the overall care and insight that they provided after all of the tests and imaging was done. The facility is clean with state of the art equipment. I really appreciated the itemized breakdown of costs as well, which was before my appointment took place so there were no surprises. parking is also validated and convenient at the Joe's lot next-door. I'm really happy that I found this practice and after today I'm a loyal customer and I've already sung their praises to my husband and a few coworkers! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!“

“I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. They examined me very carefully; the instructions and the questions were clear. They explained what was better for me, and they listened They were patient, attentive, and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be helped by competent and dedicated people. Linda also helped me choose the frames. She is such a sweet person. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the vision exams. Based on my experience with I Q, I am now their loyal customer, and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new prescription and new glasses.“
