Wow! What a pleasant experience. I went in to Dr. Cohenmehr's office for my yearly eye exam as a new patient. The office itself was very spacious and clean. The people at the front desk had excellent customer service skills and were extremely polite. I was only waiting a short time until Dr. Cohenmehr pulled me to the back. I must say he is extremely pleasant and fun to talk to. He made humorous eye jokes that made me genuinely laugh. Super informative! Answered all my questions in detail and made recommendations for my itchy eye problems. As an added bonus, he taught me how to turn the blue light on my phone to a lower setting. Literally walked me through each step there and then. Each exam was performed thoroughly and I felt well taken care of. He is the kind of person you wouldn't mind having a cup of coffee with, truly! I was in and out in 20 minutes. Seriously, cannot say enough nice things about this business. I wish all of my wellness visits were as delightful as this one. I am already looking forward to my eye exam next year!

Both kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Cohenmehr gave me a name for the things that were bothering my eyes. No other eye doctor has ever given me as much information as Dr. Cohenmehr did today, and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much for everything.

Dr Cohenmehr is a wonderful eye dr! He is very caring and knowledgeable. He takes time to really talk to his patents and you don’t feel rushed. I wish there were more drs like him. His new office in West LA also has a free parking lot. Staff is also very nice.
