Two emergencies this year and they have come quick and kept me updated on arrival times and always phone call backs to let me know status of call. The guys are polite and even take off their shoes on the carpet!!!! Take over disasters and make things better than they found them..always cleaning up. Always return calls. That's pretty awesome. Charlie has always done my plumbing and I bought this place in 88.
The service was both responsive and personal as it was in the past. With an emergency plumbing situation, the water leak needed to be fixed immediately. It was a relief to receive an immediate response and to have it completed in a short time to restore service. They spent time explaining what happened and proceeded to fix the problem so I would not have the same problem in the future. Highly recommend!
I have used Charlie’s Plumbing a few times now. I keep coming back for their excellent communication, timeliness and they stand behind their work. Hard attributes to find this day and age. I couldn’t be more pleased!
