I took my car in for an oil change. I got in and out pretty quick! Drove to Denver on our way home I kept hearing a dragging noise, when we got back into town we looked under the vehicle and had drug the skid guard all the way home!! I called them the next day and they got me in said it was because the technician forgot to put the bolts back on! They had to order a whole new piece! Fast forward 8 months needed an oil change took it back, what are the chances of that happening again...well it did!! This time I took it back and the manager blamed it on the snow, the other manager of the front desk said it was a combination of wind and snow, the bolts loosened and it fell!... read full review

Where do I begin? I called the Spradley-Barr Cheyenne dealership and let them know I was having trouble with my air conditioning, the rear door lock, and that the door was retaining water. I asked what day they could get me in because I couldn't go without my vehicle for more than a day without making other arrangements. They asked me to bring them my vehicle first thing in the morning on a Monday. When I arrived, the attendant had no idea why I was there. Silly me for thinking I had an appointment and someone had written down the reason for the appointment. I repeated the reasons for the appointment.
