We just had flooring installed in second home, and we’ve used GCO both times. They are the ONLY flooring company I would EVER trust! Great service from showroom to installation! Melissa took great care of us 20 years ago when we bought our first house, and I was so happy that she was still there when we needed it for our second! She was very patient with our indecisiveness and she wanted to ensure that we loved what we got. I work from home, alone, and I had absolutely NO problem with the two men that came to do my installation. Friendly staff and they have a massive selection that fits any price range or style you could want. I went to "Success Floors" in Westover and they were 10x the price and were not transparent on pricing and itemization. GCO provided me the information and transparent pricing and were much cheaper, flexible and had the same / possibly better selection.

I went on a Saturday after calling about hardwood flooring on Thursday. The staff was courteous and helpful. However they only carry engineered hardwood which was not what I wanted. The gentleman called his suppliers to see if they would be open on Monday to help me order through them. It didn't work out but they tried all they could to help.
