Requested style: Requested a short cut showed Nancy what I wanted but she didn't even come close to this style, my cut was uneven and and looked like it had been chopped
Also when using the clippers on the back she cut my neck and made a big deppet in the middle of my hair, was not even told about this worst haircut that I have ever had. Will never go back .

Worst haircut experience of my life. Nancy was not happy to have a client from the second we walked in. Rude, impatient and not happy it was a 16 month old child. Still tried to be nice and give her a try. My son walking out looking like Lloyd Christmas was the least of the worries. Nancy cut her hand while cutting my toddlers hair. Instead of grabbing a bandaid and/or a glove she got herself a paper towel to dab the running blood. She stopped many times to do so. Again cutting my 16 month olds hair. As someone with schooling and experience in blood borne pathogens, this could risk her license. I have contacted cooperate weeks ago. Not a single response. Next is reporting...read full review

I went in and asked for a haircut and before I even explained what I wanted, before the stylist, Nancy even draped that black cape on me, the stylist walked over, whips out a scissors and snipped a portion of my bangs on one side. No reason. No explanation. Completely unwarranted and out of the blue. I didn't even want my bangs touched in the first place! Then I asked for some added layering and just the split ends trimmed and when asked how much to take off, I said just the split ends and to leave hair just past the shoulders.
