I called Mid-State Truck because I had an issue with my MH and was half way across the country from home. Nick Rindt was so kind on the phone and had us bring it right in . They took care of the problem and had us on our way in less than 3 hours! Everyone we encountered was friendly and kind! They had a great customer waiting area that was quiet with plenty of snacks, coffee, water and comfortable chairs. The whole place was immaculate! I'd recommend Mid-State Truck in Wausau, WI for any service needs for our RV'ing friends!

Cole from Mid State service department is always on top of it as is the whole crew. I worked with all of them a lot before starting my company and we will always continue to use them for every type of service on our trucks. They have worked us onto their busy schedule every time just to make sure we can continue our work and make some money the next day. Would give them over 5 stars if I could.

Saved my arse!!! What are the chances that the truck I was driving starting losing air pressure 3 miles from their facility. I got turned around, went to the shop(with less than an hour till they close mind you) and they jumped on it with absolute precision and got 4 items fixed,and even steam cleaned the truck to get all the antifreeze off the underside so I wouldn't have to deal with it the rest of the way back! I am very pleased with the service, the surprisingly reasonable price and great attitude of all the people that I dealt with.
