From the first interaction when the inspected and cleaned our fireplace, all the way through to the last, everyone was friendly, professional and did a high quality job. They worked closely with our insurance company to help get the work covered. They came recommended from a friend and we will definitely recommend to our friends. We used Quality Fireplace roof and chimney for a complete chimney rebuild above the roofline, they removed a wood stove, and they redid the flashing for the chimney. A++ would recommend!
They first came out, inspected the chimneys (all 3) and gave us a fair, and accurate estimate. I met both crews that worked on our home after we purchased it and needed to have this work done. We are very happy that we selected Quality Fireplace, Roof, & Chimney Services to build a concrete crown for our chimney. Mike, the general manager, explained concisely what we needed and did not oversell us on other items. We knew immediately that this was the best fit for us.
