I was recently reminded of the excellent service extended to me and my family after the death of my Mother nearly 14 years ago when planning the funeral of a very close friend in Colorado. Please accept my apologies for the delayed review.It has been nearly 14 years since I made the acquaintance of John Buettgen through my cousin after having had a horrendous experience with a different funeral home in the area after my Father’s death.From the time I met John until the last detail was completed, our family received nothing but the most honest, informative, compassionate service we could have hoped for. John & his staff attended to every detail and were quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. They were generous with their time and even though our Mother wanted a simple cremation and memorial service, we were treated with dignity and respect throughout the process.Words cannot express my family’s gratitude to John and his staff for underpromising and overdelivering in every possible way.It is easy to understand how his business has grown to having 3 locations: There was a definite need for funeral services operated with the integrity and compassion John and his staff extend to their clients. They answered all questions, got back to me regarding the design I wanted on my husbands cremation urn. Shannon found the perfect design.
