I explained that I thought I had another basal cell growth on my temple, the doctor did a biopsy and I was out of my appointment within 15 minutes. They will send the results in about 10 days they said.
This was my first time ever seeing a dermatologist. Everyone was very kind and professional. I have anxiety, sometimes extreme, and I felt very comfortable there. The wait in the lobby and then in the exam room was not long at all.
Promptly got into the appointment room and was seen by the nurse then very shortly afterwards by Holly. She stated that my issues were fine and nothing to worry about at this point. She gave me brochures when I asked about the diagnosis which were also very helpful. I was out of the office in less than 15 minutes.
