John showed up early and wasted no time getting to work. He took his time with the inspection, even taking things apart to get a better look and understanding. He walked me through every corner of the house, answering all of my questions without batting an eye. He even taught me where the water and electrical shutoffs were! I left the inspection feeling a lot more confident about what’s what and informed on what’s good and what’s needed down the line.
