I brought my car for an oil change. One of the employees who was leaving shift took my car keys home with him. They called me over to the automotive center and accused me of not dropping off my keys. Even after telling them I dropped my keys off, the employee rudely implied that I was stupid and must have forgotten before they finally realized that one of their employees took my key home with him. I had to wait around the store (2 hours) for them to get in contact with the employee, get my key back, get an oil change AND I didn't even get a discount on my oil change. I am not usually a fan of walmart but they really got it right today. Needed new tires, found them at walmart.com called the store and scheduled an appt. They match the online price, installed the tires and all went well. Saved around $100 great deal on name brand tires.
