Incredible customer service! Received a letter in mail after my visit that mentioned something from a quick conversation I had with Dr. Warren. Very nice touch to make me feel like a valued patient.
Dr. Warren and his staff did an excellent job fitting me for scleral lenses. The fit on each eye has been perfect and they are the most comfortable fitting contacts. The staff was very friendly and took care of all of my insurance without any issues. Dr. Warren is very knowlegible and friendly.I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Warren for any eye care needs, especially scleral lenses. I can't say enough how comfortable the lenses are that Dr. Warren fit me for. I have dealt with dry eyes for many years and these lenses have given me the freedom to not have to use tears or drops nearly as much as I used too.
Been Dr. Warren's patient since he opened his practice in Wind Point. Never had better care and great conversation with any other Healthcare person. Not the cheapest but I want quality not hurry as many people thru as possible.
