The doctor was extremely rude and unhelpful. She mentioned something in my chart that I was unaware of. When I asked her to clarify she ignored me. Rushed physical that ended with her not even acknowledging the health concerns I mentioned to her. With the price of healthcare this is shameful.
Impossible to get through on the phones to this clinic, you wait on hold and someone picks up and hangs up on you. this happened to me no less than 10 times at this point. It's not clear to me if the phones are broken and have been for months or if the staff is disconnecting the calls? I even tried sending a message through the website and still no response.
Wasted my time at this clinic today. This is why it’s so hard to support your own ppl cause it’s always something. Yes I would at this point rather receive services from any other race than black ppl. We gotta do better and not get into these positions and forget about the people we swore to help and care for.
