Takes so long to be seen by the doc.Though this time was a shorter wait than most of my visits, my appointment was at 1:15 and I didn’t get out of there until 2:40. They have a tendency to over-book patients. The doctor is skilled, kind and caring. But the wait times continue to be unacceptable. I saw the doc for 10 minutes total. The patients’ time matters, too.

My appointment was convenient with short wait times. Unfortunately, with that goes the feeling of being hustled through. Unavoidable with the number of patients to be seen. The staff does their best to be personable and friendly. I did experience one problem after this appointment. My eyes remained dilated for 24 hours from the drops used at the appointment. Perhaps I am wrong, but I felt too much solution was put in my eyes. The staff member tried to do the drops so fast, I could not recover from one drop before she was doing the next. I could not relax my eyes between and therefore lots of involuntary squinting occurred. I felt like I was getting my eyes flushed as... read full review
