I have worked with Constanza on two weddings now and she is extremely friendly, helpful, and clearly very invested in helping couples find the perfect decor for their wedding. Her and her team are timely, professional, and easy to work with. I especially appreciate how flexible they are - making it easy to ensure we are complying with venue policies. I had looked into using Velvet Rentals for an event we having coming up. Constanza was incredibly easy to work with, and really made my vision come to life. I had only worked with Velvet Rentals through the planning phase, but did not go further as there were some changes with our venue. If I have the need to rent again, I wouldn't hesitate reaching out to Constanza and her team - from what i have seen, she would have been incredible to work with!
