Greta is consistently very good and professional. The environment is very relaxing and the ease of scheduling online is excellent. I often recommend Greta to my friends and family.
I had multiple visits over the course of training for Ironman. Greta could tell what was sore without me telling her. I appreciate that she also suggested exercises to do prevent or reduce soreness.
I've been seeing Greta every few months for about 2 years, and I always walk away feeling relaxed. She is very skilled at finding and working out trigger points, and she will truly tailor the session to your needs. I also appreciate her professionalism and availability - can't beat online scheduling. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!
