Mala, the lash tech, was so welcoming and gentle. She takes the time to get to know her clients. Mala aLao explained everything she was doing to make sure I was comfortable. It was quick and very easy. It was painless, and she asked to make sure of it too! She made sure to inform me of aftercare as well. The place was absolutely spotless and well organized, smelled good too :)On a side note, Mala was super accommodating too! “I saw a Facebook ad for Blooming Esthetics and thought I'd give it a try. It was my first facial and Jessica did a wonderful job walking me through every step. She reached out beforehand to ensure I filled out all the necessary paperwork and provided additional instructions on how to find her suite. Once inside her room she asked if I had any questions and then left the room for me to get undressed. The room had a relaxing atmosphere. Once I was ready she came back and began with the facial. It included a cleanser, couple of different masks, high frequency treatment, and various moisturizers and treatments applied in the appropriate order. Jessica noted that my extraction process took a tad longer than she had expected but let me know in case I had another appointment afterwards. When I informed her I didn't she continued to take her time which I appreciated. Overall Jessica did a wonderful job in a safe and relaxing environment. She wore a mask at all times and did a great job of explaining the process. I would highly recommend and I hope to be back soon!“
