If you are in the mood to be ignored, spoken to in a VERY condescending manner, ( if you are spoken to at all) and generally treated as though you are an unwelcome interruption, then this is the shop for you! I wish I had video of all of the times I was treated with some of the WORST customer service in town. I would offer it to businesses to train their employees as to how NOT to treat customers. I know I am not alone! They must be breathing different air in the front of the shop then they are in the back of the shop, because the ladies in the back of the shop are patient and helpful and pleasant. Linda, the owner, was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve encountered in a while. We ordered $150 ($168 after taxes & delivery fees) for a large bouquet to be delivered and the bouquet that was delivered was not displayed well in mine (& several others) opinion. The greenery is sticking out so far and not blended well with the rest of the flowers.
After calling to express my opinion on it she was not open to hearing any thoughts or suggestions on it and doubled down on how her opinion is the only one that matters. She clearly doesn’t respect or value her customers nor want them to be return.
Condescending over phone that I did not know that particular wild flowers were not available this time of year. We the discussed flower types that my wife would like and had in stock. She did not offer to set any aside or create an arrangement. When I arrived there was no one at the desk or in the entire store. I found someone in the green house to help. By the time I got there those flowers were no longer available. The ones took home and did look great. But frustrating overall.
