I would have rated this business lower but I was at least able to get a couple customer service agents on the phone to "help".Nothing ever happened when I requested an AC estimate for my landlord. No calls, no apologies, nothing. At the time of the appt, the drivers truck "broke down" yet we never knew of this had I not called in to check on them who were an hour late. I was given an excuse on how the driver called the office to send another driver. Other driver never came, we never received a call and we have yet to receive some form of apology.Bad service and yet no service was even done, I would hate to see how bad it will be if any work had even... read full review
