“So glad I found Zoran and James with Bug Masters! They both are courteous, responsive, timely, thorough, and just an all-around great professionals to work with. We have lots of large, mature trees surrounding the house that attract spiders, we couldn't even enjoy our patio area because of them. After one visit, poof! ALL the spiders were gone.Zoran and James really know their stuff and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. And if there any more problems following the service, just let them know and they will come back to take care of it at no charge – we didn't even need to do this though, the problem was fixed after the first visit! But it's nice to know the guarantee is there if we ever need it.It's rare to find such an honest service provider these days; you can tell they take great pride in getting results for their clients and truly care about the outcome. I've already recommended them to several friends and family, their service is far superior to the big name/chain companies that try to push you to sign contracts and convince you that the house needs to be treated every month. Once or twice annual visit from Bug Masters is all you need to have a spider/insect-free home and yard. “I believe Erdye's was able to rid our house of mice... which I'm thankful for. We paid to have traps set up outside the house upon their initial visit. I was told at the time that these would help control mice around the house. I wasn't told that these also posed a risk (and would kill) chipmunks as well as squirrels. That wasn't something I wanted to do, so I had them remove the outside traps/poison. Probably a good idea to let people know that up front so they don't pay for things they don't want to do.Otherwise, they did a good job.“
