“USA plumbing services used for many re do work from previous plumbers. Manager Steve was prompt, kind, patient with my concerns. Their Master plumber Tom is absolutely the best around. Fixed leaking toilet correctly, an old shower that didn't have hot water, and got our washing machine to also use hot water. All these things were addressed prior by other plumbers. Steve also noticed our hot water heater pipes were not to code and Tom re did those and pipes that fed it and the shower. I can say after 20 years of plumbing repairs i finally found a plumbing company i truly trust. Reasonable prices too! Thank you team!“

“BPP installed a bigger hot water heater for us and added a mixing valve to our emergency shower (we work in a chemistry lab). They were also nice enough to come back to help make adjustments so we could ensure we had the right temperature. Recently, they were also able to provide some good information as to flow rates for the same shower. Always very professional and gives honest opinions of the situations we've worked with them on!“

“Yesterday I wrote a review and gave a 1 star because of delay in retuning my phone call. Chris did return my call and immediately set a team member out to replace my Water Heater. Installation was completed and we now have HOT water. I should have waited to write a review that's why I am rewriting a positive review today. I was worried that I would have a flood if the water heater would take a dump. Again I should have waited for Chris to call. I will now again have Fox Plumbing as my go to plumber going forward!!!“
