I lost the key for my older truck & nobody that I spoke to could do anything for me because of the age of the truck. In the process of my search, I left a message with Valley Lock & Security, and Kim called me in nick of time (I almost bought new locks on Amazon). I was able to remove the door lock from the truck and brought it to him on a Friday afternoon, I spoke with him for a bit and figured on the next week sometime, no problem. Well, the following morning I got a call from Kim… my key has been made & ready for pick up!! I am more than happy with the service provided by Valley Lock & Security, Thank You Kim!! ??

Kim did a great job for me. He arrived shortly after I called him in excessively warm and uncomfortable temperatures. He was totally understanding of the terrible situation I was in at my rental property. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. He made sure my property was totally secure and gave me a great rate on the work. I would not have had that with a big company. Kim takes pride in his work and in his treatment of his customers. It is very obvious how important his work is to him. What an outstanding work ethic which is rarely seen today. I could not more highly recommend Valley Lock and Security.

Locked my keys in my truck right before I had to leave for a meet up with family. Was there within 15min of my call and had the truck unlocked within 5min of being there. I was only slightly late but much better than having to cancel!! Highly recommend
