Ben and Eric were so great to work with! Very organized and paid close attention to detail. They put in new shower/tub fixtures as well as faucet fixtures. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! After they left, a shower head was leaking. Turned out to be a bad carriage gasket. Not anything to do with the work they did. They promptly came back to fix it (on a Friday afternoon, none the less). There service and positive attitude should be commended. I HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team!!!

Tim went above and beyond to fix plumbing issues caused by another plumber. He even came after hours on the first visit to see what the issue might be. Followed up continually until everything was fixed properly. We highly recommend Tim for any of your plumbing needs.

We have used Rausch plumbing before, and we're very happy with them. Today was no different. We had almost immediate service with a smile. Mr. Rausch's son installed a new garbage disposal for us, and answered any questions we had.This company is top-notch, and they would be my first call for any future needs in the plumbing area.
