We have utilized Patrick’s services several times, for a couple of different locations, and he has consistently done an excellent job. One of the carpets had quite a few rough spots, but once he was done, they came out looking phenomenal. Not only do the carpets come out looking amazing, but he is dependable, on time, trustworthy, and upfront. I feel comfortable leaving him alone in my house, and he always lets you know if anything extra needs to be done. Patrick genuinely cares about doing a good job with your carpets. Patrick’s Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my mother-in-law‘s house, I am not in town and he coordinated closely with me since she’s dealing with a disability. He removed all the pet stains in the carpets and they look like they’re brand new despite being more than 10 years old.
