This is not a review to show how good or how bad this company is, but to say that the smell inside their facility is unprofessional. Cats are great, but for the smell of cats and what comes with that is unacceptable inside the business walls.

Very knowledgeable about appliances and parts. I called with a question about a part that was needed to repair a non-working French Door Stainless Steel Frigidaire Pro that wasn't cooling ?, but when I called the nice and informative lady answered and told me that the part I was trying to locate was a $100 cheaper than any other store even the ones I found online. Very pleasant to know that there are still trustworthy people out there.

Great experience! Super friendly and helpful staff. Kevin and Katy were extremely helpful! They delivered and installed and were incredibly helpful and respectful. Friendly to my cats as well. Above and beyond what I had expected and really appreciate them! I will definitely go back for any other appliance needs and refer friends in the future.
