After being strung along for over 10 months and going into the office numerous times and being given different stories of why my taxes werent being done I finally asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

This place is a scam. Pamela is awful to work with. I highly recommend going elsewhere to get your taxes done, if you want them done correctly and timely.Pamela never once spoke to us. Always had her assistant call us and that was sparse.We went with her because she bought our previous tax accountant's business. We paid a $250 deposit and dropped off our taxes of the end February 2023. Didn't hear back until about 10 days before taxes were due, that additional documents were needed. Got her what she requested. Never heard anything other than she was working on it and that we were supposedly in the batch of taxes that were done wrong from the previous accountant.... read full review

Short answer: I paid her to do my taxes, she strung me along for over 6 months, and didn't file them nor refund the money I paid her. The hard part is my gut said she'd do this after our first meeting.
