Rodney is an absolute hero. He served my car needs back at the 4th plain store and I was so pleased to see him at the new store I go to. He has been nothing but friendly compassionate and professional. I will be going to this store as long as he is there.

I was impressed with their determination to do right by me.It was not easy.My, um, after market warranty, for lack of a better term, made them jump through so many hoops that I began to think that nothing would be covered.Then the company that was supposed to supply my manual transmission dithered around for a ridiculous amount of time. They finally had to find another supplier.Upshot was that those poor guys had to deal with it for nearly twenty weeks: from September 11 to January 27.I'd say that they went above and beyond. Kudos gentlemen!
