I always have a good experience with my massage when I come here! But today the receptionist Maxxin Tan was very unfriendly and should not be the one to interact with Lao Shan’s clients. She wouldn’t crack a smile and made me feel like I was a nuisance more than anything. After paying and leaving a tip, she didn’t say a single word. I had to ask if I am good to go and all I got in response is “ya”. Very horrible customer service.

Fantastic establishment!! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Ella was perfect!! Applied just the right amount of pressure and even asked if the pressure was good. The beds were nice and warm, the music was relaxing, and the light was dimmed. I will definitely use them again!!

Lovely experience! My partner and I booked a couples massage, half table and half foot. Frank and Jacky did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable. The massages were amazing! We both left satisfied and refreshed. As plus size people, massages can be vulnerable and intimidating. We were treated so kindly, we'll absolutely be returning!
