I found this place in need of relief from low back, neck, right hamstrings, knees, and lower leg stiffness / restlessness. I work high pressure office job (hunched over keyboard) and lift functional fitness. I found Carefree because it was one of the only places with gold ratings and open on Sunday mid morning. Carefree did not disappoint. They know what they're doing and their style was high pressure enough for both athletic and wellness purposes. But for folks like my Mom they dial down for a softer touch. Thank you Tila!
My husband and I experienced a 90-minute pressure point massage, and it was truly amazing. Despite initial concerns about potential discomfort, the technique worked wonders in releasing every bit of stress and pain from my body. I love when they walked on my back. I highly recommend it for a rejuvenating and therapeutic experience.
