First of all I wanted to write a 5 star review but after the circumstances I'm unable to. The carpet installation turned out very nice. My complaint is after the install I was was missing some items. Very sentimental and collectable items. The main one being a Oriental pure Ivory statue of a Lady laying on her side on a black wooden base about 12 inches long, given to my Mother from my Father many years ago. And then given to me. She has since passed away. I knew exactly where the items were before the install and that they were missing after the install. I called the store and was pretty much brushed off by them stating that maybe I forgot where I placed them. I... read full review

Also I did file a Police report and all items are well over a 1,000.00 dollars. So a felony. Again the pure Ivory Statue was given to my Mother many years ago and then given to me. I can tell you the main subcontractors name begins with a M and end with a E 4 letters. His two helpers are a Father and Son team who showed up for only the last 1 1/2 to 2 hours of the day. They drove a white van. I'll I want is my items back no questions asked. If they ever get returned I will remove the Post. Hate to knock a couple stars, as our carpet turned out beautiful and their pricing was cheaper than the other quotes we received, but we had a pretty poor experience with our salesperson, Dana. When we walked into the store initially, we were hardly greeted and were never given an overview of current inventory, nor did he explain anything about what was in the showroom. We fended for ourselves and ended up picking out some samples and took them home - but left the initial visit with virtually zero information on quality or price point. The salesperson came out to give us a quote but provided a quote and nothing else - no info on warranty, install/lead time, etc. This... read full review
