Amazing staff and friendly atmosphere. This team worked so hard to get me in when I was having troubles being seen at other clinics. Katie was a miracle worker and my angel! Thank you for all you did for me this week!
I just wanted to give a shoutout to this company, specifically to Katie who works at the Spokane Valley clinic. I've heard great things about the company and I wanted to switch the two infusions I receive on a regular basis to them. I have been in contact with Katie for the past week and she has been absolutely amazing. She greeted both myself and my partner with kindness, respect, and compassion.Unfortunately, I was unable to switch to Pure Infusion Suites, but Katie went out of her way to try to make it happen for me. This was my first time to have my infusion of Reclast, and I have to let everyone know I was totally at ease while being in the office very professional and the people working in this office was the sweetest and the friendliest medical facility I’ve been to in sometime.
