I’ve seen Dr. Hubbard for a few years and he is truly a great dr. The staff is so kind and professional. The only problem is getting in to see them sometimes because they are so popular, but if it’s urgent they always do their best to squeeze you in.

My doc is great, but the MultiCare merger has been a disaster. At one point when I was having some serious stuff going on, I had to physically drive out there and walk in to talk to anyone - they weren't answering phones, taking messages, responding to MyChart messages, nothing.Updated, adding two stars because the merger mess has mostly been ironed out, and staff have been great in recent months.
