Needed care and Ashley was so very kind and helpful. She got us in right away and made sure everything was in order for our visit. Update: We have received care from the staff at Cancer Care Northwest and have received the most kind, compassionate care from everyone that has helped us from scheduling, the front desk, patient navigator, nurses and doctors. We couldn't have asked for a better place to receive care.
My husband Bob received radiation treatment at the Spokane Valley facility. Dr Lamoreaux was his treating physician. Bob continually commented on the professionalism, friendly treatment, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile from each and every staff member he encountered. If you know my husband, he's not easily impressed. You folks must be absolutely top notch to recieve the laudable comments he relays to everyone about his experiences. kudos!!
