Lifetime service technician Hugo visited my home today to provide a semi-annual service for our home AC unit. Hugo called prior to his arrival to let me know he was in the neighborhood and would arrive shortly. Within just about an hour Hugo had completed his work and, as always with the Lifetime technicians and their colleagues, he was on time, professional, courteous, personable, and explained exactly what he would do during his service visit. Since 2021, my wife and I have found all of our experiences with Lifetime to be tip-top.
I have a freestanding gas fireplace whose manual igniter had stopped working. Otherwise it works fine, but parts may be difficult to get and expensive. I called a popular fireplace vendor in Marysville, they could not send someone out until October 30th! I called Lifetime Heating, they were able to schedule someone to come out in a day or two. Andrew arrived on time, after calling 30 minutes prior. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue and, for a reasonable cost installed a remote control as well, all in under an hour. So very pleased in a better than expected outcome!
When my AC failed, Lifetime responded quickly. The technician, Hugo, was very professional in troubleshooting and resolving the issue and thoroughly explained what was wrong and the steps needed to repair the unit. I highly recommend this company.
