I used this place for over 4 years. I do not have any negative experience about it. I did not need any special medical help, only basic stuff like prescriptions. The place is clean, the wait times are short. Based on my experience here, I recommend this for a PCP.
Knowing that my parents are in Dr. Anita Chopra's capable hands gives me incredible peace of mind. Her dedication to their well-being, combined with her kindness, is a rare and precious quality in a healthcare professional. She is more than just a doctor; she is a beacon of comfort for my family. Grateful for her and the UW Shoreline PCP team's compassion, and dedication to the well-being of my aging parents.
We went here to see our daughters pediatrician for over a year. Every doctor we saw here did a great job, but we ran into challenges around the clinic operations. It was almost impossible to reach them via phone, even during business hours. they had no appointment availability set aside for seeing kids in a shorter time frame than 2 weeks. they were unresponsive on mychart, taking two weeks where my other doctors always responded within 24 hours. so, with a very sick kid, we would call the nurse line, get a recommendation to see our pediatrician.only to be told "sorry, no appointments for two weeks, try urgent care" this was not a viable option for us, so ultimately... read full review
