This company is very fair with their pricing. They gave me a price over the phone , and when the worker was done., the price was as quoted. I believe this is a family run business, and I have used them for many years. The job has always been done, quickly and I have always been completely satisfied. Beware of other companies and their adds stating a $99.00 price. I called one that stated this price but the price was really $495.00 for one drain and $395.00For the laundry drain. Make sure to get a firm quote if you don’t use Rapid Rooter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with a drain. You will be happy with this company!

There's only 2 items on the price list, drain clean and sewer clean. Always prompt and professional, no upsell. Have probably used them a 1/2 a dozen times over the past 15 years, very happy with this Contractor

Writing this positive review of Rapid Rooter to call out the professional and knowledgeable plumber that addressed our issue and the company that stands behind its work. Daniel needed to do a lot of trouble shooting to fix a clogged toilet and drain in the older home. Project was particularly complicated because outside "clean-outs" were actually connected to the gutters. We appreciate that Rapid Rooter stands behind their work and Daniel was able to get to the root (unintentional pun) of the problem. He also gave us tips to avoid clogging the pipes in the future and a referral so that we can address the lack of access our plumbing to an outdoor clean-out. We'd also like to call out the customer care/front end of the company. From the start, I was given clear and precise information and treated with care. Like I told Daniel, I hope I don't need to see you again... But if we need plumbing care, we'll be in touch.
