The clinician actually listened and helped me with a chronic issue that became inflamed requiring immediate attention. I run primary care clinics in Washington (and have run Urgent Cares in the past), and the clinician relationship is pivotal to patient experience, and feeling heard is key to that interaction. I was equally impressed with the Medical Assistant who checked me in and roomed me. The environment was aesthetically pleasing, accommodating and clean. I will definitely recommend this Indigo location in the future.
Friendly, attentive, professional, easy to work with. As far as when I was called, the wait time was excellent. Long time to get in, but that's expected from a medical facility on a friday. Everyone was kind, staff took my concerns seriously and assessed efficiently. Love the ability to leave and come back when called, will use this facility in the future.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were very backed up for walk-ins, but I was allowed to go back home and wait for a text, which I really Appreciated. I still ended up, waiting nearly an hour before going in my room, but that was better than it could’ve been by far
