I came here for the Ruby Rose Salon, and I was so impressed at the attention to cleanliness. Part of why I wanted to come to Ruby Rose was because of their one-on-one studio, which made me feel a lot safer about getting a haircut during COVID. I didn't realize that every studio was a one-on-one studio at Mosaic, which was so cool to see. The building was really clean and nice, and would definitely come back again.
My stylist, Kim, has been working in the Ballard neighborhood for years. In addition to being able to get silver hair right and cut an elegant androgynous style into my thick heavily cowlicked hair, she's a great resource on local spots and is friends with so many of the folks at other businesses in Ballard. I recommend her to all my friends who love their hair.
I speak a weird language when I get my hair done. Thankfully, Angelo understands me every time I'm in his chair. I trust him enough to throw a few buzz words at him and I ALWAYS love my hair, even when he wants to try something new.
