Simply said, Elizabeth Moncure is an incredible massage therapist. Her natural intuition, deep knowledge of the body, and 15+ years of experience is obvious on the table. She does a wonderful job of checking in at the beginning of the session to ensure that she’s understanding your needs/goals. I love well-applied deep pressure, and she’s able to exert that beautifully. Simultaneously, I appreciate her encouragement for communication, checking in, and cuing when she can sense us working through a difficult area. Elizabeth gives amazing massages and is very knowledgeable about bodywork. I have always felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards, and her craniosacral work melts away the tension and feeling of stress.
