Chris is a capable and effective realtor. He was good at all the steps to sell my house--preparation, staging, marketing and eventually negotiating a sale. He helped on practical things and was always available and responsive. I recommend him.

Chris helped me sell my home and I couldn't be happier! I have never sold a home, so unfamiliar with everything that went into the process. Chris helped every step of the way and went above and beyond my expectations. He was always immediately responsive to any questions and updating me along the way. The house went for a great price, which delighted me, but it wouldn't have been as good an experience had Chris not been a wonderful agent to work with.

As a single female first time home buyer I pretty much had no idea what I was doing when I started the home buying process, but thanks to Chris I am now the proud owner of my very own condo in my dream location! He walked me through every step of the process and looked out for my best interests at every turn. He’s very knowledgeable about the area (Queen Anne), which was helpful as I am moving from the eastside. There were some unusual complexities in the financing for this particular condo and Chris went above and beyond doing research and problem solving on my behalf to get the deal done.
