Eye surgery went great and was cheaper than another estimate we got. Doctor is really nice and staff is polite and professional. The problem is that they didn't make it clear to me the eye drops which you need for the rest of the pet's life can't get renewed legally in WA state without a yearly checkup. I had to find out the hard way and get my vet to prescribe it until my next visit which took all of 10 minutes but had me waiting 40. $350 later I get a prescription. Don't bother with the yearly checkups at this exorbitant amount. Ask your vet if they will prescribe it with yearly follow-ups and have them check eye pressure. Save the hassle and money.
I brought my dog, Chip, here to see about getting a cataract surgery. We were scheduled to have one-but sadly didn't get to have it. Dr. Sullivan discovered an arrhythmia before Chip's surgery, and didn't want to risk operating without knowing more about it. Sadly Chip passed this month and we didn't get his surgery in the end. We were working on addressing the arrhythmia before we came back. While we didn't get the surgery, I can say how well we were treated. The receptionists are just lovely and so helpful. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sullivan and his team at Animal Eye Clinic! The staff were attentive and kind with check-in and pick-up. My dog is aggressive and requires muzzling, they made sure she was comfortable while in their care. The Dr. explained the diagnoses clearly and my dog has been feeling so much better since starting treatment. I can't thank them enough!
