I used to love this place, Three Rivers Medical has seriously gone down hill ever since PROVIDENCE/KADLEC took over. The friendly welcoming atmosphere the place had is now gone. They got rid of the text line for making appointments. The children’s artwork that once adorned the examination rooms is now removed. Counter staff seems unfriendly most of the time. Drs no longer help out via messaging…everything has to be an appointment. Likely the result of being taken over by a for profit organization. Will definitely be searching for a new family clinic.
Our Dr. Is good now. My concern though is their turnover process. My previous physician left the practice in the middle of me being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which left me in pain and waiting for 5 months. I wasn't notified he left until I called them for an update on lab results. I had to find a new doctor within their office. The pediatricians are amazing though. They work hard to get your kid in when you need them. They also have a convenient urgent care of you can't get them into the office.
We have received great care from Dr Benedict + the office staff. The triage nurse handled our daughter's concerning test results quickly to help her get
out-of-town care. Dr. Benedict takes time with his patients, listens and keeps up w/ current medical info to give solid advice and care.
