New to the area and moved in recently. Had a leaky faucet and sent in a maintenance request, and was helped by Mark Gallardo who came over and solved the problem promptly. Mark spared no effort in fixing the leak and was super friendly the whole time, even recommending places to visit and avoid here. This was my first experience with the maintenance team and it was definitely a positive one. Thanks Mark!

We had a leaking sink. Our plumber, Mark Gallardo, not only helped us to not only fix it but got a new one as well!! He was really nice, helpful and insightful! I am delighted to have him as our plumber and look forward to get him again when something breaks!

Shadowbrook has been my home for about 8 years and I’m still very happy that I chose to live here. The best thing about living at Shadowbrook is the maintenance team, especially Mark Gallardo.
