I went to Innerfit for postpartum massage. I had called them on phone but didn't get any response for an appointment so I ended up doing it online for which I had to create an account with Vagaro. Personally I don't like making accounts at random websites and would have preferred to have it done over phone. When I got to Innerfit for my appointment there was no one at the reception and I thought they were closed. I rang their doorbell and was greeted by Theresa who was my massage therapist. InnerFit is a gem in Redmond! They offer a unique combination of spa and well-being services that focus on total health: mind, body and spirit. On my first visit I had back to back facials (one microcurrent and one oxygen) and can say they were the best facials I've ever had. Tonja is a master and expert at everything skin and skin care, is very caring, and provided input to enhance my skin care regimen at home.
