My expectations were EXCEEDED! After a traumatizing recent visit to another local vet, I decided to try Central Valley, in hopes that somewhere else would win me and my dog over. Did they ever! Dr. Ray is patient, friendly, compassionate and she works with positive reinforcement. My dog was nervous at first but she won her over and made the entire experience positive and pleasant. She doesn't talk down to you, makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything so great. I've never had a vet so easy to talk to. Switched to Central Valley after taking my dogs to Ridgetop for the last 6 months. Dr. Ray is fabulous and to the point. She loved both my furballs. She is very knowledgeable and the front desk staff were engaged and knowledgeable too!
My cat had an abscess in his mouth and wasn't eating for 2 days. The team here got him seen as a walk-in/drop-off the next morning and I was able to speak to Dr. Fahr over the phone during breaks in my work schedule. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was very friendly and willing to answer questions. Dr Fahr was concise and presented me with treatment options.
Would recommend this vet office to any and everyone.
