We contacted them to ask if they could come out to drill a well before winter, they said they could come out in 3 months, and someone would be in touch. We waited a month then called to set up an appointment. The person was rude and not professional at all. Then they sent us a quote for 3 times what a well should cost. These people touted their education and how expensive their equipment is, then when I asked how they help determine where to drill for water they said "Oh, you point we drill, no guarantees" They know that we are a bit desperate and tried to take advantage and scam us.
