Ni business is perfect, and people have bad days and make mistakes. Unfortunately, I experienced this first hand with my visit. But I think at the end of the day what defines a business is the same thing that defines an individual - how they conduct themselves in the face of adversity. Pama Lee (sp?) is a stand up individual with outstanding integrity. I will not only return here but would recommend them to anyone else.

Olympia Wax Bar is absolutely amazing!! Super clean and beautiful inside! I usually get a Brazilian done by Pamalee. She is so sweet, talented, thorough and professional!! I’m never disappointed!
